Beginning on the support team with Avid Sports in the early 2000’s, Bairos worked his way up the ranks to General Manager, where he oversaw the development and unprecedented growth of XOS’ flagship product, XOS Thunder. Bairos earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Salem State University and currently resides in Andover, MA with his wife Audra and daughter Ella. .Chief Technology Officer
16 years with XOSA sports technology pioneer, Steve Quinn is the Chief Technology Officer for XOS Digital. He provides technical guidance for senior management and all of the XOS engineering teams. His in-depth knowledge of data storage, distributed systems, networking, video editing, streaming media, and video formats provide the genesis for the company's cutting-edge technologies. Quinn is an alumnus of Purdue University, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Brett's leadership has helped propel the Thunder Football video editing solution to its current #1 market share position and led to the unprecedented success of the ThunderCloud platform. Hammond received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where he was a member of the football team. 14 years with XOSAs the Executive VP of Engineering and Operations for XOS Digital, Pete Balkus is responsible for the production of the company's nearly 50 existing product offerings and the development of emerging technology applications. A broadcast industry veteran, Balkus provides leadership and expertise in delivering innovative solutions to XOS partners. He has a track record for leading organizations that have successfully taken multiple innovative products from concept to market success. 7 years with XOSBen Godwin was named VP of Content Licensing in 2013. In this role, he is responsible for the oversight and leadership of XOS Digital's business groups that provide licensing services to 100+ universities and conferences. Godwin has been with XOS Digital since 2009 when, in his previous role, he served as the General Manager of the company's SEC Digital Network. A native of Enterprise, AL, Godwin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama. 10 years with XOSJack Lengyel has had a long and distinguished career in intercollegiate athletics since 1957. His wealth of experience has involved roles in coaching, administration, and private sector leadership. This includes 14 years as the Athletic Director at the U.S. Naval Academy, where the athletic training facility is named is in his honor. Jack currently serves as VP of Business Development for XOS Digital. Jack's remarkable experience rebuilding the Marshall University football program after a tragic airline crash became the inspiration for the 2006 Warner Bros. film We Are Marshall.
